1. What we collect

We collect contact details you give us (name, address, phone, email), order and billing information, account details, and any messages you send us. We also automatically collect usage data through cookies (device, browser, IP address and how you use the site), and may receive information from partners such as Shopify and our payment processors.

2. How we use your information

To process payments and orders, manage your account, arrange delivery and returns, provide support, keep the site secure and prevent fraud, and, where you allow it, send you helpful updates and offers.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to run and improve the site, measure how it is used, and let selected partners tailor advertising. You can adjust your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may then work less well.

4. How we share information

We share personal data only with vendors and service providers who help us run the business, marketing partners, affiliated companies, legal authorities where required by law, and any other party you consent to. We do not sell the personal data of minors under 16.

Your information may be processed outside your country of residence. Transfers out of the EU are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
