Prime Hay delivery: we unload and place the bales where you want them. Standard carrier delivery drops the pallet at the nearest point the truck can safely reach. Delivery is quoted separately.

Something not right with a bale? We sort it out.
Hay is a natural product. However carefully we select and lab-test every batch, now and then something inside a bale isn't right — and from the outside, through the pressed hay, we simply cannot see it. We know that, and we don't argue about it.
- 1Set that bale aside if you canIf you have another bale, open that one instead and leave this one as it is. If it's the only hay you have, tell us straight away and we'll work it out with you — we'd never leave a horse without forage.
- 2Take clear photosPhotograph the problem itself, and the bale it came from. Clear pictures tell us more than any description.
- 3Send them to usWhatsApp or email, whichever is quicker for you. Ideally within 24 hours of delivery — but if you only discover it when you open a bale later, tell us then. That happens, and it's fine.
- 4We assess and come back to youEvery case is looked at individually. Depending on what we see, we replace the bale or give you a discount on your next order.
