1. Orders & minimum

A €150 order minimum applies. You can combine products to reach it. Each product may carry a minimum order quantity (MOQ) shown on the product page.

2. Pricing & VAT

All prices include VAT (23%). Prices exclude delivery: the delivery cost is calculated from your address and shown before you pay. A 0% VAT rate applies only to hay and straw intended for animal production. By selecting “Apply 0% VAT” in the cart you declare the products are for animal production and accept full responsibility for that declaration. Incorrect declarations may be corrected and verified. 3. Delivery & placement

With Prime Hay Service we deliver and place the order where you choose, provided access is safe and suitable (solid ground, no narrow passages, slopes, low trees or cables). With carrier delivery, one pallet is placed at the nearest safe point with truck access; further unloading is the customer’s responsibility. Access limitations must be communicated in advance; unsuitable access may cause delays or extra costs, and placement may be refused if unsafe.

4. Pickup

Pickup is available by appointment at our Algarve (Loulé) and Ribatejo (Almeirim) depots.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Multibanco and Shop Pay.

6. Returns & complaints

Hay is a natural product. However carefully every batch is selected and lab-tested, something inside a bale can occasionally be wrong, and from the outside we cannot see it. If that happens, tell us within 24 hours of delivery, send photographs, and set that bale aside if you can. We assess each case on its own merits and either exchange the bales or give you a discount on your next order. 7. Who you are contracting with
